Terms and conditions of booking

Each booking request should be considered accepted only after the reception of a confirmation e-mail sent by our staff. This confirmation will come directly to the customer after payment of the full amount of the price of accommodation, stated at the end of the online booking process. For bookings within 30 days of arrival, the fee must be paid in full (by bank transfer or credit card). For reservations far away from the arrival date, the amount will be taken (or to be paid by bank transfer) at the 30th days prior to arrival.

Cancellation terms

For any cancellation made with official notice within 30 days of the arrival date, it is not expected any levies. After that date, the full amount of the stay will be retained and will not be refundable.

Jurisdiction

The arising of controversies regarding the interpretation, execution e/o resolution of any contract of booking which is stated under the conditions listed above where Agriturismo Novelleto is legally involved is going to be treated by the jurisdiction of Siena.
